Delivery Details

  To help our customers during this difficult time we have instituted FREE DELIVERY on purchases totaling $25.00 or more (before taxes).This will be a contactless delivery. If you live in a house, we will knock on the door and leave your purchase for you. If you live in an apartment or condo, we can leave it with the concierge or call you to come and get it from the lobby. Please note that it is important that frozen food is not left sitting outside and should be put into your freezer as soon as possible to avoid any spoilage.Delivery days will be Tuesday through Saturday, and orders placed by 3:00 pm will be delivered by 6:00 pm the same day. To place your order: 

• Email service@petpointe.ca with your order 
• We will reply within 1 hour during business hours to confirm your order and payment
• E-transfer payments can be processed through your bank’s website to service@petpointe.ca
• Credit card payments can be done via Pay Pal or by phone
• No password is required for e-transfers. Include your full name and pet’s name in the comment section
